The nearest JR (Japan Railway) station to the venue is Otsu station. It takes only ten minutes by train from Kyoto station by "Biwako Line" leaving platform 2 or 3 at Kyoto station (DO NOT TAKE "Kosei Line", also leaving these platforms).
